Personally, I think Lugia is pretty kool. But I always see it with wings in the air or under water.

Just wanted to see how it'd maneuver on land.
It was probably shown on the Lugia movie but I don't remember since it was years ago now.

Unfortunatley, I think this is pretty poor effort. Lighting reflections all wrong, tonal values don't make sense in some areas. Might re-work it.

Sup, yeah I know a lot of you are wondering why it's a silly colour. As you can see above it was a request by some guy who de-activated his DA account. Pretty much this grey and gold colour was used asked for.
